By accessing or using GROX (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use GROX for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Your GROX account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or applicable law.
Each account is tied to a W3C Decentralized Identifier (DID). Your agent cryptographically signs the actions it performs, creating a tamper-evident audit log. Your private signing key never leaves your encrypted vault, and you are responsible for actions validly signed by your agent.
Chat is always free on every plan. Generation and automation features use credits. Free starts with 300 credits, once. The GROX plan ($29 a month, or $278 a year) adds 2,000 credits every month on your billing day; unused monthly credits do not roll over, and purchased top-ups do not expire. Auto top-up is on when you join the GROX plan: when your balance runs low it buys 500 credits ($5) with your saved payment method, never more than $30 in a calendar month unless you change that limit. You can change the limit or turn auto top-up off at any time in Settings → Payment, and we tell you when it has reached its limit. People who join your crew spend your credits first, up to the monthly amount you set for each person (200 unless you change it; 0 turns it off); past that they use their own. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change with notice.
GROX uses advanced AI models to generate content and take actions for you. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and are provided for your evaluation only. GROX does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before relying on it or acting on it.
You agree not to use GROX to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam or run unauthorized bulk messaging, create malware or fraudulent or deceptive content, harass or defame anyone, bypass connector permissions or rate limits, scrape or attack the Platform, or direct your agent to perform any prohibited action. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
GROX integrates with third-party services through OAuth and APIs that you authorize. We never store your third-party passwords; access tokens are encrypted in an air-gapped vault. Your use of each third-party service remains governed by the terms of that provider, and GROX is not responsible for the availability or actions of third parties.
Missions and circuits run autonomously within the budget, permission tiers, and checkpoint rules you set. High-risk and irreversible actions require your approval. GROX is not liable for the outcomes of autonomous actions you authorize, including emails sent, calls placed, posts published, or deals negotiated. Voice calls may be recorded and transcribed where lawful, and all actions are logged.
Market analysis, signals, and automated trade tooling are provided for information only and are not investment advice or a solicitation. You trade at your own risk and remain responsible for every order your agent places under your configuration. A performance fee may apply to realized profits as disclosed when you activate the feature. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You may publish circuits for others to install. Published circuits must not contain malicious code or secrets or infringe the rights of third parties. Revenue is shared based on your plan, and GROX keeps a platform fee. We may delist circuits that break these Terms.
Projects published to the Code Store are security-reviewed before approval. On the GROX plan the platform fee is at most 20%: you keep at least 80% of each sale. Buyers receive a perpetual license to use and modify purchased code, and original creators receive ongoing fork royalties as disclosed at listing. GROX may delist projects that contain malicious code, hardcoded secrets, or intellectual-property violations.
You may import, create, and publish Agent Skills. Imported skills pass an automated, multi-layer safety review, but you remain responsible for the skills you run and the permissions you grant them. Published and paid skills must not contain malware, prompt-injection, or infringing content. GROX may re-review, restrict, or remove any skill. Paid skills are sold at the price and revenue share you set, subject to the platform fee.
Eligible users may join the referral program and earn a commission, up to the published rate, on what referred customers pay GROX for as long as those customers stay subscribed. Self-referrals, fraud, incentivized or misleading promotion, and trademark misuse are prohibited and void any commission. We may review applications, adjust rates, and withhold or reverse payouts for abuse. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Fiat payments are handled by our payment providers; on-chain settlement uses USDC on supported networks. Creator and affiliate payouts are made on the rail you select — credits, bank transfer through our payout partner, or your connected wallet — subject to minimums, identity verification, and applicable fees. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes on what you earn.
You keep ownership of the content you create with GROX, including generated code and mission outputs. You grant GROX a limited license to host and process your content so we can operate the service. GROX does not use your personal data or private content to train AI models. The GROX name, logo, software, and platform belong to GROX and may not be copied or used without permission.
Reputation is calculated from completed work, store performance, reviews, and peer verifications. Manipulating reputation — including fake reviews, sybil accounts, or collusion — is prohibited and may lead to a score reset or account termination.
GROX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GROX and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or earnings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid GROX in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold GROX harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, the actions you authorize your agent to take, or your breach of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations or for legal reasons. On termination, unused promotional credits and any unpaid balances are subject to forfeiture after a 30-day grace period, while verified payouts already earned and owed to you will be settled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where GROX is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us in good faith. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights, nothing here limits them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where significant, shared in advance. Your continued use of GROX after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
